Stick through it

One experience I’ve had that was meaningfull to me was going to the museum and sitting in the chairs to represent the 4 black men. This experience was meaningful because it made me think about what they went through and if I was in their shoes would I have been able to handle it. This experience made me understand more how strong they all were to make such a decision and stick through it. Through the threats and violence they each kept in mind about why they were there they stayed till it was closed they started the ait ima. They made an impact on our people, because of their legacy there were many more sit ins all over the country. This is why this was the most compelling experience to me.
