I believe that Ezell Blair, Franklin McCain, Joseph McNeil, and David Richmond all showed immense amounts of courage. They didn’t know what was going to happen. If they were going to get arrested. Or beaten. They were so scared. But they still went and sat in those seats. I feel like I have courage but I’m not sure if it is to that extent. I can only hope that if I had to show the amount of courage that they did I wouldn’t back down. I believe that there are still a lot of things today that I would be willing to challenge using that power, like to fight for the rights of anyone in our world that needs it.
